Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a delicious cup of coffee or tea on the house. Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. For other times, please arrange in advance.


B&B Sagenland offers 6 rooms: five double rooms and one family room.


Every morning, we serve a delicious and extensive breakfast until 10:30 AM. During check-in, you can let us know what time you prefer to have breakfast. We serve it in the downstairs area or, if the weather is nice and upon request, on the terrace. Feel free to stay a little longer afterward—check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.


The family room accommodates 4 people. This room consists of 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and a bathroom including a bathtub and a separate shower. The family room is available for €200 (2026 rate) per night, including breakfast and tourist tax.


Four of the double rooms feature 2 single beds, which we are happy to separate for you. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with a seating area, coffee and tea facilities, and a television. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Three rooms are located on the upper floor, and one room is situated on the ground floor. Each room has its own style and color scheme. The double rooms are available for €115 (2026 rate) per night, including breakfast and tourist tax.


On the ground floor, there is another double room—a room that takes you back in time, where you can sleep in a traditional Dutch box bed (*bedstee*). This room also features a private bathroom, a seating area with coffee and tea facilities, and a television. As an extra, this room has its own terrace. The box bed room is available for €115 (2026 rate) per night, including breakfast and tourist tax.


For stays of multiple nights, a discounted rate applies. If you reserve a room for one guest, the cost is €100 (2026 rate) per night, including breakfast and tourist tax.


Our parking area includes a charging station for hybrid or electric cars.


*Pets are not allowed. Assistance dogs are welcome by arrangement.
